Academic Counseling for Prospective Student Refugees

Do you want to study in Germany?

The RUBiss team, together with the Admissions Office, offer separate office hours for prospective student refugees. Here you can learn more about degree program requirements, degree recognition and German language courses.

Office Hours

Ask for a ticket at the reception on the ground floor. Your ticket number will appear on the monitor in the waiting areas, when it is your turn.

The office hours are:

  • Office hours are always Tuesdays 10am-12pm and Thursdays 2-4pm in SSC 1/229 and SSC 1/230.


Required Documents

Please bring any and all school, college and university certificates with you as well as your German residence status documents (BüMa, Residence permission, etc.).
